Day in Japan

Day one and two (in Japan)

We arrived to the Tokyo airport at 11:20 am and went directly to search for the train that would take us to the city. I myself was very happy to have finally arrived to Tokyo! We bought a suica card right away. Some of my friends suggested me to buy a JR Pass, but I rather took suica instead, because I knew that I am not gonna leave Tokyo that much! (^_^;)

Well anyways....

The first thing I did when I came to the hostel was take a shower, because Japan is very hot this time of the year and I was sweathing like a pig... (ーー;) I didn't take a shower for 2  days and it felt very good indeed.

After some sleep, we decided to go to Akihabara (and it  was the first place to go for me). Oh god... it was like heaven. At first I only saw a big computer store (I mean like HUGE), but I was not very impressed with the anime and manga section. Then Dejan took me further in to Akihabara and it was truly anime heaven! There were so many stores with colorful figures, toys, manga, ... You could see anime themed posters everywhere and lots of cute maids promoting the cafes they work in.

Akihabara!

I also saw the cutest lolita ever! She was so smaller than me! I coun't help but to ask her, if she could take a picture with me. (and she agreed)   (≧∇≦)/

We sadly couldn't stay long, because it was already late and we were still tired from the flight.
It was raining the next day and we had to cancel our trip back to Akihabara. We looked up some good museums and decided to go to the Criminology museum in Tokyo. But we kinda got lost on the way there and ended up looking at colleges. We found a very interesting graphics design collage that had an animation section. The bulding was covered with manga drawings and posters (that were  probably made by students). We stood there for a while and tried to look inside. Some students went by and smiled at me they were very happy, because we were looking at their school.  All the walking made me very tired so we decided to go back to the hostel to rest.

After we got some rest we decided to go to Akihabara again (and yes, it stopped raining a while we were lost in the college district).
When we arrived the first  thing we looked for, was a good place to eat. Dejan took me to eat curry rice and it was very delicious, but I felt very uncomfortable, because I did not know what to do and Dejan laughed at me. I was very shy, but the waitres was very friendly (and cute too).

There were a lot more maids in Akihabara than the day before. They vere sooo pretty! And all had that cute squeky voice (the one that you hear in anime). They gave me so many flyers for maid cafes. (We will probably go to one soon)

Very cute maid!

We went to so many stores, but we spent most of our time playing with the UFO machines. I watched some people at first, just to see how they get the merchendise out and then I tried myself (using their tactic). This is my catch for today:

On the way home we stopped at the store and bought something to drink. I really enjoy trying out difrent drings and candy from Japan. Everything is soo colorful and cute!

AWSOME MIKU MIKU!

Today I tried  so many different drinks, one of them was Salty Watermelon, which I liked very much. It had a very unique taste and was very sweet. I also liked the Miku Hatsune energy drink I bought at Akihabara WHICH LOOKS SOOO AWESOME!

Very tasty! (・∀・)

I also have a "fetish" for cute looking candy and here is a picture of one:

Nom nom nom!

Each piece had a koala on them and they were filled with chocolate. (Nom nom  nom)
I would show you pictures of more candy, but I did not have the chance to open them yet! (^v^)

I really enjoy Japan! It is truly very beautiful and exciting! There is just one thing, I feel very uncomfortable on the street and train. Many people look at me (because I am a foreigner). But they don't give me a  "mean" type of look, because when I look back at them and smile, they smile back and look away. But I still feel very uncomfortable. Shy shy...   (#^.^#)

Dejan always tells me that people look at my boobs...  (* ̄m ̄)
